Science Planet+: LLM-powered Map of Scientific Literature

Science Planet+ organizes hundreds of millions of scholarly papers with citation networks and LLMs, and visualizes the structure of research fields as interactive maps. Users can ask questions in natural language and receive AI-generated answers grounded in the relevant literature. The system implements the large-scale bibliometric techniques developed in our lab and is provided to institutions inside and outside the University of Tokyo.
